Individual Stroke Play
Every player will play their own ball and count each stroke. There will be winners of both the gross score and net score. Each player must keep track of their gross and net scores adjusting for their handicap. There is a maximum allowable score per hole of 4 over par (gross) so take advantage if you need to.
There will be two closest to the hole contests and a long drive competition. Those holes will be announced before teeing off, so be ready and watch for the markers.
There is also a team competition. The details are below and somebody in each group will have to keep the team score as well.
Good luck.
HOT SEAT Team Challenge
How to Play: One player in each foursome will be on the HOT SEAT on each hole (meaning that player is the designated player and his score must be counted). Each foursome must determine a rotation for each player to take a turn on the HOT SEAT. The sequence must be determined before the round starts (player 1 on hole 1, player 2 on hole 2, etc) and the sequence must be kept the same throughout the round. On each hole the gross score of the player on the Hot Seat is used. It is added to the best ball (lowest gross score) of the other three players to total the team's score on that hole.
Example: The player on the Hot Seat scores a 6 and his teammates score a 4, 5 and 6 on a hole. The team's score on the hole is 6+4=10.
No Handicaps are used for this team game.Team with the lowest total for 18 holes wins.
